From the Short+Sweet team:

 

Short+Sweet is held in Auckland from 5-24 September 2017 with two seasons of Dance and Theatre.

 

As part of the festival programming, we are holding open auditions for actors of all experience levels on the 8th and 16th July 2017 at The Auckland Performing Arts Centre (TAPAC).

 

This is an opportunity for actors to get in front of multiple directors and producers at once, including Short+Sweet Theatre 2017’s directors and other working directors currently casting. While our initial focus is to help Short+Sweet directors cast their pieces, we are very much interested in opening these auditions up to also help connect as many local practitioners together as possible.

 

As such, actors of any age, backgrounds, genders and experience levels are welcome to audition! Short+Sweet casts a wide range of roles every year.
